Question: How to order in Outerbloom?

For ordering, follow these simple steps:

  • Choose the product(s) you want and click “Buy Now”
  • You will then be navigated to the Cart page, review your order (product type and quantity) then click “Checkout”
  • Fill out the required information such as address, phone number, etc then continue to the shipping method by clicking “Continue to shipping method” option.
  • Choose the method of shipping that you desire then click “Continue to the payment method”
  • Choose the method of payment that you want then click “Pay now” or “Complete order”

  • Question: How long is the delivery process?

    Flower delivery process depends on the time slot that you have chosen.

  • If you choose the morning time slot, the flowers will be received at your destination around 10 am - 3 pm on the delivery date.
  • If you choose the afternoon time slot, the flowers will be received at your destination around 3.01 pm - 7 pm on the delivery date.

  • Question: What are the methods of payment in Outerbloom?

    At the moment, the available payment methods are Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and PayPal.

    Question: How much is the delivery fee?

    There will be no delivery fee for all orders as we provide free shipping.

    Question: How is the order process like?

    After we receive your payment, the flowers will be arranged perfectly then delivered by our courier to your destination address.

    Question: Can the flowers be delivered on the same day I place the order?

    Yes. We can deliver your flowers on the same day if we receive your order and payment by 3 pm.

    Question: What is the area limit of the delivery?

    We deliver all around Singapore.

    Question: Are the flowers fresh?

    Yes. We guarantee that the flowers exclusively arranged for you will be of the best and freshest quality.

    Question: Can I exchange the flowers if I don’t like them?

    The flowers that have been bought cannot be exchanged. Unless you receive a flower arrangement or product that is different from what you have ordered, then will we replace it according to your order.

    Question: What is the refund policy?

    Customer is eligible for a refund if the product is out of stock . Our customer care will contact you to confirm the refund process.
